Yes, you can reschedule your service appointment. We simply ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service so we can adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another customer.

What should I do to prepare for my service?
Answer:
To prepare for your service, please ensure we have clear access to the areas being cleaned.
If possible, move vehicles, furniture, and personal items out of the work area. For safety reasons, please keep children and pets away while we’re on site. Aside from that, we’ll handle the rest.
Do I need to be home during the service(s)?
Answer: No, you do not need to be home during your service as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned. We ask that gates are unlocked and water access is available.
We’ll notify you when the job is complete and send your invoice electronically.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer:
We accept credit and debit card payments through our secure online invoicing system.
We also accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.
Please note: We do not accept checks from new customers.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
